1. Who may use Aaptha
Aaptha is a private tool for qualified counsellors. Accounts are reviewed and approved before the app can be used.
2. Your responsibilities
- Keep your password private and log out on shared computers.
- Client records are saved in your own Google Drive. You are responsible for handling client information in line with professional and legal obligations.
- Do not share your account with anyone else.
3. Plans, trial and payments
A 1-month free trial starts when you sign up. Details of the Free and Pro plans, prices and refunds will be set out here in the final terms.
4. Changes
These terms will be replaced by the final version. You will be asked to agree to the final version.
